3. Replace whole wheat flour. While it's best for your body if you completely clear the paste; if you're not ready to do it, choose a whole wheat variety instead. They will contain more diet and help slow down the circulation of sugar. Pasta whole wheat and white flour is available in most supermarkets. These products can be a great way to switch to 100% whole grain paste.

4. Take all soda or flavored drinks of any kind. If you keep this in a cage or a refrigerator for that matter, it's time to throw them. The only drink you need is to come from tap water or water filter.

5. Replace plain flour for coconut or almond flour. Normal wheat is heavily processed and will rapidly increase blood sugar. Try using coconut or almond flour in recipes when wheat is called. If none of this works for you, ground oatmeal is suitable. Oatmeal is ground from whole grains and gives a little flavor.

6. Replace a commercial peanut butter with a natural peanut butter instead. Peanut butter is usually loaded with sugar and various other additives that you do not need to include in your diet plan.

7. Replace potato chips, pretzels and other instant-food foods for a normal pop instead. A popped or light microwave poppy is a tasty snack to have and is high in fiber, low in calories and will help your blood sugar levels to be controlled.
