Apple has introduced new commercial products and software at WWDC 2013. Tim Cook's main theme was that Apple continues to produce great products as demonstrated by the new Apple ad.
I'm interested to know that Apple will show you. Some products stand out while others did not impress.
Macbook Air Details: The new Macbook Airs will stay between nine and twelve hours or up to thirty days in standby mode depending on the size of the screen. Other hardware enhancements result in 40 percent better graphics management, and the air quickly turns on in standby mode.
Thoughts: Planning your Macbook Air is unchanged, but you still like it. I have never tested the performance to see how it responds to stress. Macbook Air is probably strong enough for your needs if you are not an energy user. Take note of the features in order to do everything you need. Because of the slim size, some hardware items are not standard.
Mac ProDetails: Since the death of Steve Jobs in 2011, all Apple announcements have been thoroughly investigated and many claim that Apple's days of innovation have come to an end. But in WWDC, 2013, the company has shown that it can still surprise us with a fully redesigned Mac Pro. Designed for power users, it is now a very elegant cylindrical shape that provides better cooling and ergonomic power. It's faster than its predecessor and supports the latest video resolution technology.
Thoughts: Interesting design. He almost wants me to know more about computing that I need it. As much power as I need, and I'm sure the price will be expensive when it is officially released. It seems like a great tool for anyone who needs it, and I'm sure the Mac Pro users are waiting for updates. I think they're excited.
AirPort Extreme and Time Capsule Details: AirPort Extreme has been upgraded with the latest WiFi technology, which is 802.11 ac, which is three times as strong as signal support for Wireless N. More than one antenna increases coverage and a little costly time The capsule version includes up to 3TB storage space.
Thoughts: Just imagine that 6 Apple TV (or Airport Express) stacked on top of each other. This gives the size of the new AirPort Extreme and Time Capsule. The idea is interesting. He wants to build a small footprint. However, it allows the addition of additional antennas. I can appreciate 802.11 ac for faster speeds, but no products are needed without your product currently being supported 802.11 ac. If I get enough 802.11 acos Apple products, I might consider AirPort Extreme. I like Time Capsule's theory … automatic backups, but I created my own, so I do not see that I need it. If you are a technician, build with yours. If not, then Time Capsule can be a good option.
IOS 7 Details: The most spectacular change is visual iOS 7, which has full aesthetic re-design from bottom-up enhancements. These include smarter Siri, better multitasking support and integrated supported vehicles. use your iPhone to control your onboard technology.
Thoughts: I still love the current iOS, but others are ready for a change, and Apple has to keep up the competition. Just watch the iPhone iOS 7's picture, it looks like a new phone. Like, now more applications can be collected. I am interested in the rise of Siri. I would use Siri more, but when I ask questions or give commands that Siri can not answer or end I'm disappointed.
OSX Mavericks Details: Cheetah, Puma, Jaguar, Panther, Tiger, Leopard, Snow Leopard, Lion, Mountain Lion and … Sea Lion?
In the WWDC, in 2013, Apple introduced a California-inspired surfer theme that replaces the traditional cat family instead of the Mavericks. The latest version of OSX focuses on extending battery life, integrating full iCloud, tagging files with easier search and a flat version of Finder, just a few of the more popular enhancements.
Thoughts: Still on the fence. I'll get it when it's available, and then decide what I think about it.
iTunes radio details: The long-awaited iTunes radio has finally arrived. With this, users can sign in and experience themes such as Spotify or Pandora, basically listening to any song they want for free. You can also learn from your behavior and the individual channels of the program so you can sit and listen to music that you think you will enjoy.
Thoughts: I'll try it when it comes up and decide what I'm thinking. There are already applications that do this job, so I have to look for something that separates them from others.
iWork for iCloud Details: Now iWork for iCloud. With this announcement, Apple brings the iWork office suite, which includes pages, spreadsheet programs, and Keynote software. Work in your documents in your browser.
Thoughts: I like iWork … I like features like Office. I'm very excited to be able to work on projects in your browser. I do not know how much they will use.
Overall, Apple showed that they still have the ability to innovate and stay on their current competitors.
