This year we have already seen a number of next generation smartphones from several different manufacturers, sharing one's common characteristics, one that seems to be more common. This feature is a quad-alloy microprocessor that provides a new amount of smartphone production that has not been seen before.
In this article, I will look at the key issues of some of these new phones to see how they measure against each other.
HTC One X
The latest handset smartphone HTC is certainly the most advanced phone from manufacturer to date. Along with the powerful 1.5GHz quad-core chip, it also has an 8 mega-pixel HTC 8-megapixel camera yet, which features a lot of innovations in both still and shooting. HTC Sense UI runs the top of the latest version of Android (Ice Cream Sandwich), providing intuitive and highly customizable interface. Although it's not an SD slot, this handset is especially suitable for musicians with 32GB of storage and integrated Beats Audio, while the 7-inch IPS LCD2 screen shows high-definition content.
LG Optimus 4X HD
This was actually the first smartphone that boasted a four-core processor and at 1.5GHz it's definitely capable of success. The LG Optimus 4X HD clicks all the boxes and offers some similar features on HTC One X. The advanced LCD IPS-HD screen (also 4.7 inches) gives a high definition display and the Android ICS platform also offers plenty of customizable features and slow is downloading apps from Google Play. In order to store your files, memory is lower at 16GB, although it does not have a micro SD slot available for memory cards up to 32GB. A similar camera is also included, although there is a lack of some of the features of the HTC handset.
Samsung Galaxy S3
The Samsung Galaxy S3 is a long-standing device for the follow-up of the very popular Galaxy S2, and its popularity seems to be in line with the new version. This is probably the most advanced smartphone available, not just from Samsung, but on paper it is also in competition in most areas. Along with the sophisticated 8 megapixel camera, 1.4 GHz quad-core processor and 4.8-inch HD S-AMOLED screen, there are many innovations not found on rival Android devices. The most prominent is S-Voice. This is similar to Siri featured on the Apple iPhone 4S, and allows users to perform various tasks simply by talking to the phone. Also, new wireless sharing methods are included like S-Beam, while TouchWiz UI's upgrade and storage from 16BG to 64GB do not leave any doubts about this phone.
The HTC One X and the LG Optimus 4X are some of the best smartphones out there, with features that are made by very few rivals, and both are great choices. However, if you want to get the most advanced smartphone available, Samsung Galaxy S3 will be my top recommendation.
