I had a colleague hook me in a special device that measures heat costs. Then I made some simple yoga elements that collapsed into something I call "flow", which put my body into the perfect fat drainage area. In a 10-minute flow, the device showed that I burned 7 calories per minute. It adds up to 420 calories per hour - about what I would burn by jogging!

In addition to yoga, it is much better for the team than jogging. With jogging, I would have to worry about putting all this stress on my knees and hip. Anything that causes emotional or physical stress on the body may increase cortisol. Even a physical exercise like jogging can increase your cortisol to the sky. And this increased cortisol elevation could cause you fat!

It's because when your cortisol concentration goes up, it means your body is eating more - so you're hungry all the time. This causes you to eat larger doses and snacks more often, which leads to weight gain.

Cortisol also increases blood sugar when you are stressed. This increase in blood sugar levels makes your body more fat. And what kind of fat you most likely store is viscera - a dangerous gastric fluid associated with diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
