HTC Wildfire – The Latest Smartphone From HTC

HTC Wildfire is the latest smartphone from HTC. It supports GSM 850/900/1800/1900 and HSDPA 900/2100 network and measures 106.8 x 60.4 x 12 mm. The phone weighs only 118 g and is completely compact. Available in Black, Brown, White and Red, the phone contains lots of innovations and has an attractive look to please everyone.

The handset has a 3.2-inch touch screen with resolution of 240×320 pixels. It supports multi-touch input and all controls are touch-sensitive. The phone also has a speedometer that automatically switches the user interface when you tilt the phone and auto shutdown agent.

HTC Wildfire has a stunning 5 mega pixel camera that lets you capture images 2592 X 1944 pixels. Other camera features include auto focus, LED flash, smile detection, geo-tagging and video recording.

The phone operates on a very popular Android platform and runs on a powerful Qualcomm MSM 7225 528 MHz processor. It has 384 MB RAM and 512 MB ROM that can be further enhanced to 32 GB with external microSD card.

HTC Wildfire packs in high entertainment devices. It has an audio player that can play MP3 / AAC + / WAV / WMA9 files and video players that can play MP4 / H.263 / H.264 / WMV9 files. You can also install third-party applications as your phone supports Java. Other features of the phone include digital compass, social networking, Google Maps, Gmail, YouTube, Google Talk, and Picasa integration. The phone also supports web browsing and FM radio.

The handset has a standard Li-Ion 1300 mAh battery that has a standby time of up to 480 hours on 2G networks and up to 690 hours on 3G and spoken up to 440 minutes (2G) and 490 minutes (3G).
