If you are a parent looking for a low cost (but very effective) way to track your kids, you should consider the iPhone tracking app.
As you are probably aware, the iPhone is the hottest mobile phone in the market today. The latest iPhone 4 sold millions in the first week, and cement is still the most sought after mobile phone. Since the iPhone is a very popular device, it is obviously the desire of most kids today. This means that parents can use this as a device to monitor and track their kids by installing an iPhone tracking program that will report their child's location at any time.
Report a GPS coordinate at certain intervals (usually you can configure) or they will enable you to "request" the location of the iPhone user. Results are usually sent to an account you set up when you purchase it. This allows you to log in using any connected device and connect to the tracking data.
It's great that this tracker will show the GPS location on a map (usually Google Maps), which means you can retrieve, zoom out, get driving directions, and even use the Google Street View option to get a 360 degree view of the area. There is truly no better tracking option out there.
An iPhone tracking appliance does not mean worrying if your kids are in school or when they do not pick up their phone when you try to call them. With this type of application you always have the means to find out "exactly" as they are at any given time.
One thing that points out is that not all of these programs are created equally. Tracking applications fall into two categories. The first man is "visible" and the other is "hidden" for the user. What does this mean before you buy iPhone tracker to track your kids, decide if you want them to know that you're following them or if you'd rather not tell them. In most cases, visible trades are sold within the app store, but "hidden" iPhone tracking programs are sold outside of the App Store.
The best way to decide if you should buy a visible or hidden program is to ask yourself how your children respond if you tell them that you have installed an application on your phone to monitor them if there is an emergency. My guess is that if you make an iPhone requirement, most kids will not care. However, if you think your older children do not like mom and dad know where they go, then definitely go with a hidden tracking application.
Regardless of your decision, using an iPhone tracking app is the best way to keep track of your kids and it means more peace of mind for you and your spouse.
