Food shopping for better well-being

Walk around the local supermarket and check where the food is displayed. On the outer edge you will find fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh meat and dairy products. These foods are packed and sold a lot when grown. When looking at each item, you can see what it is. The cabin is a cabbage and nothing more. Organic varieties are grown much as nature intended.
