Fitness equipment glossary

There are dozens of dozens of different types of fitness equipment, so tracking can be up to an expert. The continuous influx of new types of innovations and equipment will also not help and intimidate new arrivals in the fitness world. We've made a list of the most common concepts about fitness machines and we've broken them down to simple, understandable, non-fussy explanations. Adjustable pad

Ergometer – It's a rather confusing expression. Sometimes an ergometer can refer to the device inside the device that follows the statistics, such as heart rate, calories burned, distance, etc. The ergometer may also refer to an indoor rowing machine.
