Oragano Cheddar Bread Recipe
This is a recipe that was scandalized by Phyllis Shaudys, "The Pleasure of Herbs," one of the best books for herbs.
One of the reasons for choosing this recipe is the use of the forgotten oregano, the Univ. Of Georgia study, which offered the virtues of the antioxidant properties of the runaway oregano, as opposed to the fresh, opposed to most herbanite comprehension. Blueberries were an antioxidant advertising model as a health food, but before the University of Georgia. Dried oregano is filled with antioxidants, so you can always find a practical way to use that I want to share. (I make all salad choices that can only be a "good food" for my family.)
For skeptics who reasonably "prove" my answer goes to the study to see, but this is another study where I say that do people find damage to the use of dried oregano? If you can do something that is potentially beneficial, you do not find any harm, are you better? This is often said when I ask individuals to use a fresh herb that is empty in this case, a known harmful substance, Excess salt, sugar, fatty ingredients are potentially replaced by a potential non-harmful ingredient. If so, think about the processes of changing dietary habits. Well, so much for my personal triviaim, and here's a recipe you can enjoy.
- 1 pkg. Active dry yeast
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 t salad oil
- 2 t sugar but not 2 t! 19659006] 2 T minced Oragano (our "miracle fruit")

Mix yeast and 2 cups of flour.
With the exception of flour until it is lukewarm while the herbanites understand the problems of overheating and oil loss.
Add to the flour-yeast mixture and slowly stir the flour as fast as a spoon at low speed for a second and then for 3 minutes at high speed.
Now knead the remaining flour to make a hard dough for approx. 8-9 minutes.
Let's get in a ball and place the lightly moistened pan / bowl, one time, to spray all sides of the surface.
Cover and let lift approx. 1 hour + until the dough mixture is approximately twice as high.
Rub the dough, put it aside, cover it and let it sit for another 10 minutes (Geez is exhausted and everything I'm doing will tell you how to do it!) Make 2 loaves and move Dried in 8 x 4 "Bread Bake
Cover and Raise Another 45 Minutes (Good Grace, I'm not trying to recreate David David Michelle, Good Taste, Healthy Oregon Bread!
Bake 350 F in 40- 45 minutes and cover the foil in the last few minutes to prevent excessive browning.
Eat and enjoy, but I've left my local bakery here and make this thing much easier and cheaper than full work !
