iBeacon is a home-based Apple based on Bluetooth Low Energy Technology (BLE) and works as a geo-locator inside. It is mostly used for commercial applications in retail stores and exhibition centers to guide guests in kiosks, exhibitions, special offers and where guests offer special offers. There is no limit to how beacon technology can be used to change standard electronic equipment into smart devices and its use is to go through the home-room Apple is pushing with HomeKit to quickly release iOS version 10.
iPhone Programmers have identified some challenges in working with iBeacon technology and we present some key issues that have been highlighted.
1. Signal Issues
External radio send signal between beacon device that is not mature technology. The radio needs to capture waves from the iBeacon device and has a major impact on users. If the BLE spectrum is in the same vicinity of the Wi-Fi band, the signals interfere with each other. Apple does not produce beacon hardware and third party beacon device performance varies depending on power power, temperature, and intervals. This leads to numerous brand issues for iBeacon applications.
2. Wi-Fi Triangular to Monitor
iBeacon uses unilateral communication and as it is unaware of the customer's receipt of broadcasting. In a space where more than one beacon is, the program finds it difficult to recruit from the user's range. This complication can be avoided by using a combination of Wi-Fi triangular and Bluetooth signals to get the exact location of users. Another way to cope with this scenario is to connect the application to the tray and update the file to register the user in real time presence and then customize the application in real time.
3. iBeacon Approval
For iBeacon to work, the device should support iBeacon and secondly, the user must have enabled Bluetooth and location services on the device. Additionally, they must grant permission for the application to access the toolbar. The best way to deal with this is to send notification of notifications through the application requesting user credentials to access the device and to ensure user data protection.
4. Accepting AppStore
Getting an AppStore license for iBeacon application is based on some challenging process due to the vulnerability of the technology, especially as regards privacy. The following steps will help –
- Specify the purpose of the application and how iBeacon technology will increase value. A detailed description with audit notes will be useful
- Add a link to a promotional video explaining the use of applications
- Battery Disclaimer must be added as part of a description
- Demo Account Information and Some UUIDs Beacon Notes in Comments Notes
5. Function Function
iBeacon allows the application to trace the physical distance from the user from the broadcast center and link the information to the actual world context and send the appropriate notifications. In this manner, the user will receive custom information about certain bids, shows and current conditions within the retail system, among other things. The essence of success for iBeacon's application is to send a final message, one by one, so as not to overestimate the user. Furthermore, the user must protect privacy as an external feature that has access to the device to send personal messages can create doubts between users. Finally, the operation becomes seamless so the user is not suddenly left in space because of a problem.
The success of iBeacon in an application is highly based on utility and continuous operation. Because of relying on third-party hardware, brand issues may occur, but iPhone developers may attempt to access this bug with some optimization.
