10 major steps to turn on the software in the mobile app

Many and companies are coming up with new software ideas to make it big in their field. They either want to reach new target groups or better serve their customers. However, people are reluctantly aware of the steps or processes needed to make the concept of mobile apps a reality. Due to lack of skills and information among startups and certified companies, most people do not know how to shape the idea.

I've helped some companies build their mobile apps. Here are the 10 main steps I've followed in my 6 years of experience. I believe my list can help someone from any industry to get their idea of ​​mobile apps to reality.

Step 1: Write Your Own List

Define your idea starting by taking some comments. Before you do something, you should write anything in your mind. Writing down the feature on paper helps you focus on your idea and expand it. I recommend writing your idea several times and in many ways. This list will also be useful when you are discussing with colleagues, designers, investors or developers; They will all ask for it. Note that you should let them list the NDA before you share your feature book. Your main directory should be clean and easy to understand. Make sure it has popular and unique features that will play the key role in product success.

Step 2: Make Market Research

After writing a strong list of features, you want to conduct market research to find competition, development and market needs. Make sure that no similar applications are on the market. If there are, find out their reviews, ratings, feedback and what's missing. Add features to your app that would make it unique and more appealing to the audience. After doing market research, you should update your inventory.

Step 3: Identify Users / Audience

It is very important to find out who would use your application and what viewer would be for your product. Your users are from a particular industry, gender, area, age group, current customer, company, specialty or other group. When you know demographic information about audience, you can find out what people from this demographic choose or like. Knowing your audience helps you restart your application and its features to accommodate them. Your entire activity moves on user interaction. You can also manage focus groups to find out what audiences may look like or dislike. Your audience will determine the performance of your product, and these insights from a focus study can be a long way in defining product development.

Step 4: Identify Your Income Plan

Making money is the biggest prize and strengthens your idea. You can make money from your idea of ​​the programs in a number of ways: subscription fee, purchase of applications, applications in applications, user data, sponsorship. You want to know who works for the program, audience and the market. Launched paid app does not work these days, but you can do the application for free with app stock options for additional features. Ads in apps also lose shine these days due to user requests. Having user data is becoming a big revenue generator, as you can use it to make indirect money. You can find sponsorship for the program; This works for applications with social projects. It is important for you to choose 1 or 2 technologies that would give you a good return on investment.

Step 5: Create a rough sketch / wire frame

You must not have done before or do not know how to do it. However, a rough drawing or wire frame helps you define the term and refine the requirements of the product. You can draw a rough sketch using paper and pencil, but a wire frame can be created using network tools. When you start making the sketch / wire frame, you will be able to polish your app concept and feature the list further. It also helps you determine the correct navigation of the application. You do not need technical skills for this step, but you need to understand how the navigation works. Your wireframe, along with your feature list, will provide you with very good information to build the mobile application.

Step 6: Get Local Developer on Mobile Applications Get Plans

When you have the first version of feature list and wireframe, you want to find sellers who can build your mobile application in a high-quality and affordable way. You should look for local vendors and some international vendors and reach them. Once you have reached 5 to 6 good vendors, register the NDA and send the information about the project. A good vendor should check information and ask you many questions. You should be sure to answer them in detail so that the idea is fully shared. A good vendor should also be able to give you some suggestions to improve your idea. You should receive suggestions from many vendors, over time, and the cost of development, and compare them. You should check the vendors of performance, processing, price, time, testimony, and interest in working for you. Finally, you should be able to choose one retailer and start working with them.

Step 7: Complete UI / UX

Once you have chosen the company, you should work with them to create the UI / UX application. You should have then first created a detailed wire frame application so that you can visualize each screen, function, and flow of the application. After review, you may decide to add or remove features. When a wire frame is complete, you want them to create a visual design of the application. It should give color, theme, font and perspective for your idea. This step will give you almost a final picture of what your program would look like and how it would flow. After completing it, the seller will reassess the schedule, time and cost. If the first time / cost plan has increased, get more resources or cut a few attributes. You want to pay the right value for your developers on mobile phones.

Step 8: Get the Program Developed and Tried

Have your programmer start building the app for you. They should be able to send you the program (running) every week and you should be able to try and give them feedback. It's very important for you to QA the program as they develop it, as this helps you manage quality, cost, and timeline and learn because the mobile app needs a few clicks. You can also assign your friends to the tests. If you come up with new features settings during development, talk to your developers and get time and cost estimates. If it fits your budget, get it right away. If not, wait for the next phase.

Step 9: Open the Program and Market it

Once you're happy with the application, start it on the iTunes App Store and Google Play Store. You should also start marketing the application. Get advice from experts on marketing programs. You can also do self-marketing. Start on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, as this is an easy way to spread the word about the application. You should also contact reporters and bloggers who may be interested in your application and write about it. Press release for free sites or paid sites can be very useful. If you have more in your budget, you can hire a PR or marketing company.

Step 10: Collect Market Response and Prepare Next Phase

After initial disposal and marketing, you can collect user data, market responsiveness and demand. If you get a good response, you can estimate the next phase for the application. Repeat steps 1 to 9 in the next phase. This time you should be able to make them much faster and more efficient. If the application is not taken well on the market, find out what is inhibiting growth and having a plan of action.
